Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate DBT-focused individual and group therapy, including skills training in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, develop diagnoses, and create collaborative treatment plans.

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and client records.
  • Provide trauma-informed, person-centered care aligned with agency standards and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility for a Wisconsin training license (APSW, LPC-IT, or MFT-IT).
  • Practicum experience in behavioral health services required.
  • Experience or training in DBT strongly preferred; willingness to complete DBT-specific training required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for helping individuals develop coping and life skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
