SUMMARY:
The Case Management Director is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the CUA program , specifically supervising program supervisors and other staff as assigned; supporting the development of program policies and procedures as needed; assuring that case managers and supervisors complete all assigned paperwork, assessments, and Single Case Plans; assuring that cases are assigned in a timely manner; assuring that case managers and supervisors attend training as required or needed; and reporting to CUA Director and DHS as requested.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree or above from an accredited college or university with a major in the human services field plus years of experience supporting management level staff
Minimum of five years of experience in Child Welfare & Social Services
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge about child welfare practice including tenets of safety, permanency, and well-being.
Budgetary experience is helpful.
Experience in a mental health setting preferred.
Must have valid drivers license.

The Northeast Treatment Center founded in 1970 is one of the largest behavioral health and social service agencies is in the Philadelphia Region. Services are offered at 15 sites throughout Greater Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley and the state of Delaware.
NET Centers (NET) offers support and hope to individuals and families at times of great stress in their lives. A nonprofit agency, NET provides a continuum of trauma informed behavioral health and social services designed to meet complex needs of all family members. These include mental health, addiction treatment, foster care, residential group care, adoption, juvenile justice services and child welfare services. While some services address the needs of the family as a whole and some target individuals, we always strive to foster positive connections within the family to help all family members heal, recover and rebuild.
