Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
  • Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI)
  • Support discharge planning and continuity of care
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in the behavioral health field required.
  • Experience facilitating groups required.
  • Experience conducting individual sessions preferred.
  • State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level.
  • Credentials may include:
    • CADC I, II, or III required
    • QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC preferred
    • CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred
  • CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts on either a Sun–Thurs schedule or a Tues–Sat schedule required.
  • Experience with specific treatment focus areas or patient populations preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States required.
  • Annual salary: 58,240 USD/year
