Job Purpose
The Coordinator of School Services is responsible for coordination of school-based services and supervision of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Team Leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related Social Services field.
Core Job Duties
- Direct supervision of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Team Leaders.
- Establish/maintain regular communication with school district administration to determine district needs and progress.
- Work collaboratively with existing functions already provided by school personnel.
- Provide or coordinate training and consultation on behavioral health issues specific to youth for school personnel.
- Complete reports which include data spreadsheets to track census, outcomes, and school-based personnel.
- Act as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentoring to Psychosocial Rehabilitation Team Leaders.
- Provide oversight for school-based Psychosocial Rehabilitation services and social emotional learning.
- Ensure Team Leaders develop a schedule of PSR activities at all sites to assist persons-served in meeting their goals.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable evidence-based curriculum models.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
