Job DetailsJob Location: NC Clinic - Hickory, NC 28602We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Team (CST) Qualified Professional to join our behavioral health team and help individuals build the skills, stability, and support systems needed to achieve their goals.

As a CST Qualified Professional, you will work directly with clients experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges, providing intensive community-based services that promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.

In this role, you will be an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, helping clients achieve the goals identified in their Person-Centered Plan (PCP). Your work will take place in homes, schools, and community settings where you can make a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities


Provide intensive community-based support services to individuals and families.
Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of Person-Centered Plans (PCPs).
Deliver psychoeducation, behavioral interventions, and recovery-focused services.
Support clients in developing daily living, self-management, and independent living skills.
Assist with crisis intervention and stabilization services as part of the CST team.
Provide case management, resource coordination, and referrals to community supports.
Help clients secure and maintain stable housing and access essential resources.
Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the treatment team and Team Lead.
Develop supportive relationships with clients, families, providers, and community partners.Β 
Maintain timely, accurate documentation and service records.
Participate in after-hours crisis response coverage as part of the CST service model.

Education and Experience RequirementsRequired Education & Experience


Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field or other qualifying degree that meets North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements.
Must meet QP criteria as defined by North Carolina regulations (10A NCAC 27G .0104).
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the population served.
Knowledge of behavioral health, community resources, and person-centered service delivery.

Complete all required CTSHealth and service-specific training.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Attend supervision, team meetings, trainings, and performance review activities.
Participate in CST team coverage to ensure client support needs are met.
