Community Support Professional - REACH Prevention (Danville/Southside) ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

The Community Support Professional provides direct prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with
behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff
training in individualized Crisis Education and Prevention Plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure
services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate
optimally in the community.
 

Starting Salary Range: $47,385 - $54,492.75

Education/Experience Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or human services related field is required.
• Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional status is required.

Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
