The Community Partnerships Coordinator is the key customer service point of contact for Philabundance member agencies. The Coordinator is the relationship holder and is directly responsible for the satisfaction levels, compliance and efficiency of the Philabundance relationship and the healthy status of the member agency. Support, guidance and contractual alignment is communicated, tracked and flagged in order to align compliance requirements and efficiency goals.

 

The Coordinator must be able to effective guide and influence Community Partners. Providing education, support and solutions are at the foundation of this role.  The Coordinator must be able to build professional relationships which align with the Philabundance mission.

Responsibilities:


Manage the administrative portion of the Community Partnership program which includes, but not limited to, tracking on site visits, communications, positive changes, equipment needs, delivery preferences, order needs and feedback on overall satisfaction and effectiveness of a compliant successful relationship.
Frequent onsite visits with dedicated agencies to include coaching, relationship building, compliance checks, training for Safe Serve and other topics as needed, provide input and constructive input to ensure effective compliant environment. Follow up expected if issues are identified.
Manage and ensure daily, weekly, quarterly, and overall tracking of activity and level of goal achievement. 
Ability to leverage work habits to incorporate efficiencies, prompt response, data analysis and organizational requirements.
Manage the integrity and timely reporting required for the agencies, internally and externally.
Execution of capacity building equipment – purchase, invoice and coordination, delivery and installation of refrigeration, hand trucks etc. to qualified member agencies.
Strong and creative problem resolution is expected; coordinate with internal departments and collaborate with agencies as needed to reach goals.
Cultural awareness and expression; understands and respects how ideas and meaning are creatively expressed in a variety of cultures.
Ability to champion cultural awareness, diversity, and development of skills and habits to support retention, high performance, and growth.
Responsible for supporting and aligning with Philabundance Cultural pillars.

QualificationsRequired Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, partnership development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing community programs or initiatives.
- Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the non-profit sector and community-based organizations.
- Experience in organizing events and workshops to engage community members.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with partners and community members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze community needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for community service and commitment to making a positive impact.
