Community Case Manager

Full time position coordinating services for persons with developmental disabilities. Work with staff in each area to ensure they understand, are trained, and implement individual IP and BIP. Daily staffing schedule to ensure appropriate ratios and services are maintained. Schedule meaningful activities for those in the area(s) they supervise with an emphasis on community-based activities. This position requires either a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a Bachelor's Degree and prior related experience. The main hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8a-4p. Additional hours are dependent on the needs of the organization. This position has a full benefit package. Must be able to pass drug screening, background check, a DOT Physical.
