This role involves managing a team dedicated to improving community engagement and service delivery, ensuring that the organization's goals are met through effective workforce management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to enhance engagement and service delivery.
- Manage and lead a team of community workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to identify community needs and develop appropriate programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program progress and results to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for community staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and partners to foster collaboration and support for initiatives.QualificationsRequired Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, community outreach, or human services.
- Proven track record of managing community-based programs and initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for workforce development.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with community stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to evaluate program effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and local businesses.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of workforce development trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
