We are continuously hiring Outpatient Clinicians to join our team and work with youth and families at multiple locations in Pueblo, CO. Applications are accepted year-round.

What You’ll Do


Administering screenings, assessments, and facilitating collaborative treatment planning;
Providing individual, couples/family, and/or group services;
Maintaining accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client records;
Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and trainings;
Meeting performance standards related to documentation, caseload management, and productivity;
Working collaboratively and representing Health Solutions with community agencies and partners; and
Performing other job-related duties as requested and assigned based on program and client needs.


 

Physical requirements


May stay stationary for prolonged periods of time.
Moves within the facility.
Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations.
Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment to record health data.
Constantly communicates with clients and others.
Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds.
Occasionally drives between Health Solutions facilities.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves


Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
Willing and able to obtain licensure candidacy status within 1 month of hire and clinical licensure within 3-years of hire
Experience working successfully within a multi-disciplinary team
Computer proficiency
Valid Colorado driver’s license, good driving record, and access to transportation during work hours


 

What We’d Like to See—The Nice-to-Haves


Independent Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Colorado Addictions Credentials (i.e. CAT, CAS, LAC)
Spanish language skills
