About the Role:

The Clinician Masters Level position is designed to provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse client populations across various settings within the United States. The primary goal of this role is to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote client well-being and recovery. The clinician will also engage in ongoing documentation, case management, and outcome evaluation to ensure high-quality care delivery. Ultimately, this role contributes to improving clients' quality of life by fostering resilience, coping skills, and overall mental health stability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure or certification as a clinician (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of practice within the United States.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services to diverse populations.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Skills:

The required clinical skills are applied daily to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that address clients' mental health needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitate effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care. Organizational skills are essential for managing caseloads, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting regulatory requirements. Preferred skills such as proficiency in specialized therapies and bilingual abilities enhance the clinician’s capacity to provide culturally competent and tailored care. Additionally, technological skills support the use of electronic health records and telehealth platforms, expanding access to services and improving client engagement.
