Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist with a specialization in Mental Health to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with mental health disorders. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your ultimate goal will be to help clients achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing.

 

What You'll Do


  • Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with clients
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Staying current with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health


What You Need


  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Active state licensure as a Clinical Therapist
  • Experience working with clients with mental health disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma
  • Experience working with clients who have substance use disorders
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Experience with electronic health records
