What You'll Do
As a Clinical Therapist, you will:
• Conduct intake assessments and provide treatment recommendations
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services using evidence-based practices
• Maintain an active caseload and engage clients in ongoing treatment services
• Coordinate care with program staff and community resources to address client needs
• Participate in clinical team meetings regarding treatment progress and discharge planning
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain electronic medical records in accordance with agency standards
• Provide supervision and support to non-licensed therapists and counselors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a Human Services or related field
• Active Pennsylvania licensure as LPC, LCSW, or other qualifying license as required by program regulations
• Experience with individual, group, and family therapy services
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard computer applications
• Ability to maintain clinical documentation in compliance with agency and funder requirements
• Act 33/34 Clearances, if required by program
• FBI Clearance, if required by program
• Completion of all required licensure trainings
Preferred:
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices
• Experience in community behavioral health settings
Schedule
• Part-Time
• Flexible schedule based on program needs
• Some evening hours may be required
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as needed
• Ability to drive between service locations when required
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
