Compensation & Benefits: 

  • LSW/LPC - $64,000 to $70,000 annually.
  • LISW/LPCC - $72,000 to $80,000 annually.

Position Summary:

Unison Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide services within our Children’s Wellness Program (CWC). The Clinical Therapist delivers comprehensive behavioral health care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents. This role collaborates with families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services in alignment with Ohio MHAS standards and ISP requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:  

  • Provides diagnostic services through face-to-face or telehealth sessions under the supervision of a licensed independent clinician.
  • Delivers treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload in accordance with state regulations, agency policies, and program standards.
  • Maintains accurate, timely documentation of all services in the electronic health record in compliance with agency procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Education & Experience Requirements: 

  • Requires a BSW in social work or a master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to provide superior service, and enthusiastic support for the mission of the agency.
  • Must demonstrate personal integrity, the ability to develop and work as part of a team, and a commitment to the mission of the agency.
  • Must be able to work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile individuals.
  • Must be able to drive and be insured under the agency’s commercial liability policy as a driver if hired in a program where driving is required.
