Catholic Charities Maine Behavioral Health Network in Portland has an opening for a Full-Time Clinical Team Lead.
Definition: The Behavioral Health Network (BHN) Clinical Team Lead is the professional person responsible for providing group and individual clinical supervision/training, documentation, and record review for BHN team members and/or assigned interns. This person is responsible for overseeing the quality of direct service care delivered in the program. Direct Service Care includes meaningful engagement with enrolled members along with consistent and accurate provisioning of required documentation. The work occurs at the BHN South location with some travel required to support community client care, training and meetings. This professional is responsible, in collaboration with Core Leadership Teams, for ensuring that care and services provided are high quality, clinically responsive and reflect best practice standards. This position reports to the Behavioral Health Network Southern Regional Director.
Salary: $55K - $73K, salary commensurate with experience.

QualificationsQualifications:
The Clinical Team Lead shall have a minimum of a master’s degree. LCSW or LCPC. Candidates with an LMSW-C will also be considered. In addition, the candidate must also be licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), or have accumulated 270 hours of approved alcohol and drug education. A Clinical Professional Counselor (CCS) or willingness to obtain a CCS within the first 12 months of hire is also preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ counseling experience and previous supervisory experience is preferred.
