HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  •  
    • Models and encourages direct, professional communication among staff members, and facilitates development of a positive staff support network, delivering new information around agency expectations and/or changes to LCSNW policy is understood and implemented successfully. 
    • Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity in the delivery of client services as it relates to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the population clients served. 
    • Functions in accordance with the LCSNW personnel and administrative policies and procedures, RCWs, and WACs, and adheres to the ethical standards of a professional association. 
    • Provides and assists clinical manager in developing staff trainings, in-services, seminars and other educational opportunities to ensure continued competence in skill areas, and attends required trainings related to WISe, supervision, and coaching. 
    • Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of required forms and oversight systems requiring a supervisor’s approval, such as timesheets, supervision logs, intervention documentation, and client outcome measures. 
    • Provides role and team coaching to staff, helping to further develop and highlight individual and group’s proficiency, including supporting staff in documentation requirements on the electronic health record to reflect client’s progress and needs. 

HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

  • 5 years of related experience in working within family systems, including in wraparound, outpatient mental health counseling, or inpatient levels of care, and experience in client chart maintenance 
  • Masters in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy or related field  
  • LICSW, LMHC or LMFT is required upon start. Credentials may be required depending on individual program or location requirements. 
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written 
  • Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites  
  • Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers. 
  • Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle. 
  • Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations 
  • Successfully completes tasks in a low noise environment. 
  • Interacts with others and performs tasks in-person and through the use of technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and minimal periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to supporting with setup for team-based trainings to support interactive learning environments. 
  • Moves equipment/materials weighing up to 7 pounds. 
  • Travels between worksites occasionally. 
  • Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, and faith-based settings such as churches. 
  • Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program.
