We're seeking a compassionate, experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, and clinical oversight to a team of therapists serving youth and families across school-based, community-based, and residential settings. What You'll Do

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:

Clinical Leadership & Staff Development

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and reflective supervision to therapists
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth
  • Promote clinician wellness and a trauma-informed work environment

Program Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
  • Monitor caseloads, service delivery, and program outcomes
  • Support compliance with contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Partner with schools, residential teams, and community organizations
  • Build strong relationships with Kent School Services Network and other stakeholders
  • Strengthen care coordination and service integration for youth and families

Direct Clinical Support

  • Maintain a clinical caseload as needed
  • Provide guidance on assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family engagement
  • Support clinicians in delivering culturally responsive, strengths-based services

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Michigan clinical licensure required
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing clinical staff
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Preferred Experience

  • School-based mental health services
  • Community mental health or child welfare settings
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
