Family & Children's ServicesThe Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence based practice, developing self and employees for success and high performance, leading quality performance initiatives.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty. Licensed or under supervision for license. 3-5 years clinical experience. Supervisory and program management experience is desirable. Must posses a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. PROGRAM SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS – Clinical Supervisor – Children’s Mental Health: A clinical family systems orientation and must demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems. Must have experience with children, adolescents and family therapies and orientation.
