Salary:  $74,000 - $89,540 (Levels based on experience and education)

Reports to: Clinical Manager – Outpatient Services

Department:  Outpatient Services

Location: 1320 S. Solano Drive


Job Summary

We are seeking an independently licensed clinician to serve as Clinical Supervisor at our Solano location. This position carries dual responsibility: providing consistent clinical supervision to staff and interns while also carrying a case load. The Clinical Supervisor ensures quality of care, documentation compliance, and clinical integrity across services provided within the Outpatient Program.


What You'll Do:


Clinical Oversight 

  • Provides clinical oversight in the form of one-on-one supervision of non-independently licensed clinicians and interns, as well as oversight of documentation.
  • Ensures adherence to clinical standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
    Provides clinical guidance and consultation to all clinically-oriented staff.

Clinical Services

  • Maintaining a caseload of direct client services.
  • Provide therapy and related services appropriate to each client in alignment with agency and contract standards.
  • Maintain timely and accurate client record documentation in the EHR system
  • Ensure continuity of care and access to services for participants

What You Need:


Education & Licensure

  • Current New Mexico State License in Good Standing and Board Verified (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW)
  • Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field required.
  • Board Approved Supervisor status preferred or willingness to obtain.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Advanced knowledge of ethics in clinical practice.
    Advanced knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and mental health treatment.
  • Advanced knowledge of mental illness, trauma-informed care, and DEI-centered service delivery.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Familiarity with paraprofessional scope of practice and documentation standards.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure without losing sight of clinical or operational objectives.
  • Strong team-building and coaching skills; ability to support professional development across clinical and paraprofessional staff.
  • Ability to implement and adhere to agency-wide values, DEI practices, and organizational strategies.
  • consistently models respect and professionalism when interacting with clients, staff, and community partners.
