We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead, coach, and provide clinical oversight to a team of therapists serving youth and families in school-based, community-based, and residential environments. This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with people leadership while helping ensure consistent, trauma-informed care throughout West Michigan.

What You'll Do
As our Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supporting staff development, and maintaining high standards of care.
Clinical Leadership & Staff Development
Deliver clinical supervision, coaching, and reflective supervision to therapists
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing clinical staff
Complete performance reviews and help employees achieve professional goals
Foster clinician well-being and a supportive, trauma-informed workplace
Program Oversight & Quality
Promote the use of evidence-based treatment methods and agency practices
Review and approve clinical records, reports, and treatment plans
Monitor caseloads, service quality, and program performance
Help ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Community Partnerships
Collaborate with school personnel, residential programs, and community agencies
Develop and maintain relationships with the Kent School Services Network and other key partners
Improve coordination of care and integration of services for children and families
Direct Clinical Support
Carry a clinical caseload when needed
Provide clinical guidance related to assessments, treatment planning, crisis response, and family involvement
Assist therapists in providing culturally responsive, strengths-based care
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline
Current Michigan clinical licensure
Professional experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
Understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment practices
Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing clinical professionals
Strong capabilities in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis response
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and satisfactory driving record
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
School-based behavioral health
Community mental health or child welfare
Multidisciplinary collaboration and community partnerships
