Clinical Social Worker or Therapist - 3rd Shift 11:00am-7:30am

We are actively recruiting Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Therapists for our 3rd shift Crisis Services team. As the overnight mental health professional on site, you will serve individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises until they transition to ongoing community services.

Salary range $55,309.50-$78,986.50 +$4.00 Shift Premium.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio
• 2+ years of experience providing psychosocial or mental health services in behavioral health settings
• Experience in crisis intervention services
• BLS certification required at least 2 weeks prior to start date

You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized recovery service plans, and deliver therapeutic counseling that engages individuals in their healing journey. Work Environment

This role is based in a behavioral health facility serving individuals who may be in acute crisis and experiencing agitation or confusion. 3rd shift clinicians play a vital stabilizing role in this environment and are supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a deep commitment to providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals — especially those living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

In 2026, The Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) — a behavioral health crisis center that includes a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit.
