Job Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides on-site behavioral health services, crisis intervention, and resource navigation within a mobile clinic environment. This role supports underserved and high need communities by delivering accessible, trauma informed care directly where patients live, work, and gather. The LCSW collaborates with medical staff to ensure holistic, patient centered support.

The LCSW serves as a core member of the mobile clinic team, providing clinical assessments, brief therapeutic interventions, crisis support, and care coordination in a field-based setting. Focuses on reducing barriers to care by meeting patients where they are. The LCSW ensures patients receive culturally responsive, trauma-informed services that address mental health needs and social determinants of health. Willing and able to travel to multiple sites and in outdoor, mobile, and unpredictable environments.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master of Social Work is required from an accredited school of Social Work. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Minimum Experience Requirement:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Experience working with underserved or high risk populations (homelessness, substance use, trauma, etc.). Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.

Minimum License Requirement:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
