About the Role:
As a Clinical Social Worker, you will deliver in-person and occasionally virtual therapeutic services to children. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to individuals of all ages, primarily children between the ages of 4 - 18.
• Conduct thorough mental health and needs assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Serve as a liaison between families and community resources.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed (Limited License also accepted) as a mental health professional in Michigan (LP, LLP, TLLP, LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, MD, DO, PMHNP).
• Knowledge of social work services and working with at-risk families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a part-time role for 15-25 hours per week. Evening hours (3pm - 8pm) preferred. Starting hourly pay is between $48-$55/hr. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
