Job Details: Job Location: Administration - Leesburg, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Purpose:
- The Clinical Quality & Training Coordinator serves as a key resource supporting clinical excellence, documentation quality, workforce development, internship coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes and staff performance.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify areas for quality improvement and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Provide support and guidance to clinical staff in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in behavioral health care to inform training and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and quality assurance findings to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the clinical team.
Qualifications: Required Education:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Human Services, or related behavioral health field preferred. Bachelor's Degree required.
- Licensure in LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT highly preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of behavioral health experience required.
- Experience in clinical documentation review, quality improvement, clinical supervision, training, internship coordination, or compliance monitoring preferred.
- Experience with CARF accreditation standards strongly preferred
- Experience developing and delivering adult learning and workforce development programs preferred.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of clinical quality assurance processes and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for clinical staff.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools for data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
