Join a compassionate, mission‑driven Behavioral Health team dedicated to providing high‑quality psychiatric care across the lifespan. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Program Therapist / Social Worker who is passionate about supporting patients through crisis stabilization, therapeutic programming, and collaborative treatment planning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach
  • Lead and co‑facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational programming
  • Develop individualized discharge plans in partnership with patients, families, and community resources
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals
  • Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy as needed
  • Participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality‑improvement initiatives
  • Support weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call needs

 

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; required
  • Independent practice licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); preferred
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience; preferred
  • Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence
