Clinical Program Supervisor - School-Based Programs

The Clinical Program Supervisor for School Based Programs assists the Program Manager in a leadership role by providing direction to School-Based Clinicians. Provides general oversight by teaching, mentoring and giving general support. In addition to daily oversight, this position provides services to youth and their families, manages the referral list, and assists with maintaining stakeholder relationships. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals, families and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other community agencies and resources as needed.
Starting Salary Range: $68,748.75 - $79,061.06
Education/Experience Required.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in social work, psychology or other license-eligible field required.
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required.
- At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
