DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or another approved behavioral health discipline
  • Current North Dakota licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • 2+ years of professional therapeutic counseling experience
  • Ability to conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Candidates with experience in correctional, jail, forensic, crisis response, or community mental health settings are highly encouraged to apply. Additional experience with crisis stabilization, emergency mental health interventions, coordination of care with courts and law enforcement, commitment evaluations, expert witness testimony, clinical supervision, consultation, training, or staff oversight is highly valued.
