Clinical Manager of ARMHS, CTSS, and Peer Specialists

Join our team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and wellbeing services for children, adolescents and families. As part of this innovative model of mental health care, you will collaborate closely with other service partners in ensuring coordinated, integrated care for clients and their families.
We are looking for a dynamic leader to shape the future of mental health rehabilitative services at Wilder within our a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
As a Clinical Manager of Rehabilitative and Peers Services, you will strengthen and elevate a robust ecosystem of care. From life-changing youth interventions (CTSS) and transformative adult recovery (ARMHS) to our invaluable Peer Specialist networks, you will lead the teams making a real, measurable difference every day. YOU are a licensed mental health professional with significant experience as a board-approved supervisor. This role supervises other supervisors, as well as provides direct supervision to peer specialists. The clinical manager collaborates with other senior clinical leaders to provide integrated care across the whole person and whole family. A strong candidate will have strong relational skills, demonstrated leadership experience, appreciation for the technical aspects of compliance, and contribute to a culture of positivity and growth.
Qualifications:
A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling is required, along with licensure as a Mental Health Professional. LICSW is preferred; however, LPCC, LMFT, or LP licensure will also be considered. Candidates must have been fully licensed for a minimum of five years and have experience providing direct clinical care. In addition, a minimum of three years of clinical experience in a senior-level supervisory or management role is required. Previous experience managing teams of at least five clinical staff members is required. Candidates must also be board-approved or certified to provide clinical supervision toward licensure, as applicable.
Demonstrated familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and experience providing mental health services to underserved communities are strongly preferred. Candidates should have experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for both children and adults. Experience providing crisis intervention, triage, and risk assessment services is also required.
