We're looking for an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health clinician to lead our outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative leader who is passionate about clinical excellence, mentoring clinicians, and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do


Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to outpatient clinicians.
Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
Conduct chart audits and ensure documentation meets state, federal, and organizational standards.
Maintain a small outpatient caseload, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy.
Partner with the Director of Community & Behavioral Health to support quality improvement, compliance, and program success.


What We're Looking For


Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
Current independent Maine licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
Minimum 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.
