Description and Responsibilities

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Division Director to lead a cluster of Community Support Program (CSP) services. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving program performance aligned with organizational goals.

 

The Clinical Division Director will play a critical role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, justice involvement, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders, all within a Housing First and trauma-informed framework.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight across CSP programs, including supervision of clinical documentation, service delivery, and billing practices.
  • Lead, hire, and develop program leadership staff while promoting strong team performance and professional growth.
  • Ensure programs meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and licensing/accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee program operations, budgets, and performance outcomes, implementing improvements and corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., healthcare providers, MassHealth, justice systems) to support coordinated, person-centered care.
  • Support crisis response, on-call coverage, and key clinical functions such as Section 12 evaluations/sign-offs, when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Independently Licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) OR license-eligible within 6 months, required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, justice-involved populations, and adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record, required.
