We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor to assist in leading a team independently while maintaining a culture of excellence, hospitality, and positivity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in assigned areas

  • Two years of experience in a mental health care facility. Supervisory experience preferred

  • Masters degree required

  • LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of florida required


Specific Areas of Responsibility:


  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics.
  • Knowledge of clinical functions within the organization.
  • Works closely with management from all fields.
  • Functions as leader for clinical staff
  • Provides clear lines of responsibility and accountability within clinical department.
  • Oversees general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective.
  • Provides reports for Clinical Director.
  • Assists in planning, and supervising programs and services.
  • Perform all duties delegated by Clinical Director.
  • Reporting and responding to all client needs.
  • Providing individualized therapy for clients.
  • Knowledge of AMA blocking and assessment approval.
