The Director position is a key leadership role within an organization, responsible for driving strategic vision, managing operations, and fostering collaboration across teams. Directors play a critical role in shaping the culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving the organization’s strategic plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, management, and strategic planning of the Clinical and Community Based Services Programs.
Develop and implement effective strategies and service delivery metrics to ensure that all agency programs comply with contractual requirements and are aligned to address eligible clients' emotional well-being holistically.
Responsible for program development, research and review of the clients’ needs, client data, and facilitate the continuum of client care throughout all agency programs.
Coordinate integrated services that bridge clinical care with community support, emphasizing holistic approaches to health and well-being.
Lead internal collaboration across departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination and communicate updates to the team to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational standards, alignment with external trends, partnerships, and the principles of trauma-informed care.
Oversee for the MSW Intern program by enhancing, growing, and maximizing the MSW Intern skills to optimize service deliveries, as well as prepare them as future clinicians.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and resource optimization.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field required.
A minimum of two (2) years as a licensed Clinician and in good standing in the state of
California (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.)
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and working knowledge of computer database program entry and report generation.
Complete the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification training post-hire.
