JOB SUMMARY:

The role of the Clinical Supervisor at the Old Colony

YMCA STRIVE is to provide comprehensive clinical supervision to the program clinician. The Clinical Supervisor will model and promote a culture and atmosphere that is therapeutic, inclusive, and positive.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

· The Clinical supervisor will provide individual weekly supervision and consultation program clinician working at STRIVE.

· Ensure Clinician is upholding their job duties outlined in their job descriptions.

· Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA).

· Effectively communicate with OCY administrative and clinical staff.

· Respond to clinician in event of a clinical crisis: triage and respond as needed to urgent matters; ensure proper communication of the crisis through the team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution.

• Massachusetts Professional Independent License 3+ years (LMHC or LICSW).

• Experience supervising bachelor level support staff and master's level/licensed clinicians

• Experience working in clinical settings with children/adolescents

• Experienced working with multidisciplinary teams

Additional Details:

Supervision and meetings will take place virtually.
