Clinical Care Manager (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW)

Location: Kirksville, MO
Department: Behavioral Crisis Center – Rapid Access Unit
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (with on‑call rotation)

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead, support, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional behavioral health care.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Supervise daily operations and provide after‑hours on‑call support

  • Guide and support front‑line behavioral health staff

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training

  • Hold regular supervision and performance evaluations

  • Promote a positive, collaborative team culture

Clinical & Program Oversight

  • Oversee client care concerns and delegate appropriate interventions

  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor workflows and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency

  • Coordinate monthly reporting to the Department of Mental Health

  • Develop corrective action plans with HR and leadership

Operational & Community Responsibilities

  • Order supplies and manage equipment for the Rapid Access Unit

  • Manage staff schedules, timecards, and Workday requests

  • Support safety drills, facility needs, and emergency procedures

  • Assist with community outreach and strengthening referral pathways

What You Bring

Education & Licensure

  • Master’s degree in a human services field

  • Active or provisional: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, PLPC, or PsyD

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year post‑licensure preferred

  • Experience in medical, crisis, or psychiatric settings is a plus (not required)
