About BrainFutures

BrainFutures accelerates adoption of innovative, evidence-based interventions that improve brain health and well-being. Over the past ten years, we have fought for the development of a more holistic, innovative, and effective approach to well-being by advancing novel therapeutics, psychedelic medicine, youth executive function, mental health parity, and other promising practices. Through research and policy analysis, education and convening, as well as demonstration projects and strategic partnerships, we work to accelerate access to proven and promising interventions that improve brain health and expand treatment options for those in need.

Job Purpose

BrainFutures is seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Advisor to provide scientific and clinical leadership across all program areas. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Clinical Advisor will serve as the organization's senior clinical voice — guiding program development, ensuring clinical and scientific rigor, cultivating expert partnerships, and translating complex neuroscience into actionable policy and practice recommendations. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician-leader who is passionate about advancing the field of brain health and reducing barriers to evidence-based care.

This position is remote for candidates located outside Maryland and hybrid for candidates based in the Baltimore area.
