What You’ll Do:


As a Clinic Director, you’ll be responsible for the management and operations within the center-based program, providing educational and behavioral health services, utilizing Trauma Informed Care principles, utilizing evidence-based practices including of Trauma Informed Care, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Skill-Based Treatment support individuals diagnosed with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and behavioralhealth diagnoses. Working with clients, parents/guardians, staff, and community partners, the Clinic Director facilitates quality care and addresses barriers. Additional responsibilities include,managing and training of Behavior Specialist/Analysts, Clinic Coordinators, utilizing an integrated care model to ensure quality care is provided and overseeing the training of the center-basedteam. This position will ensure provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's mission, vision, and values. This position oversees the quality in data tracking, ensures best practices are in place and ensures a safe, fun working environment for all staff and individuals in the program. This position is responsible for ensuring the emotional and social needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This is a full-time, salaried position.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field required 
  • Five or more years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and intensive behavioral health needs and support. 
  • Three or more years of experience in the provision of educational and/or behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health issues.
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory and management experience in the human service or health care industry which includes responsibility for the following functions: performance management, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management.
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for education, behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, and autism.
  • Experience with a variety of funding sources.

 

Licensure/Certification:

  • First Aid, CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing
  • BCBA certification preferred 
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance
  • No more than 5 points on license.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with compliance and quality initiatives preferred. 
  • Master’s Degree In Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field is preferred

 

Special Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated clinical knowledge of children and adults with co-occurring autism, developmental disabilities, and complex behavioral health issues
  • Ability to support clients with physical and verbal aggression, self-harm, and other behavioral issues.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
