About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CILA Program Coordinator (QIDP) to oversee residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position provides leadership, staff supervision, program oversight, and regulatory compliance for multiple Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking an experienced QIDP who can work independently, provide leadership to staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality services for individuals served.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple CILA homes.
  • Supervise, coach, and support DSPs and Lead DSPs.
  • Coordinate ISP meetings and ensure implementation of person-centered plans.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and reviews within established timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Illinois DHS/DDD regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies.
  • Maintain communication with individuals served, guardians, families, and community providers.
  • Serve as the primary on-call manager Monday through Friday and respond to program, staffing, and emergency situations as needed.
  • Participate in state surveys, audits, and corrective action plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Must meet Illinois QIDP requirements and have prior QIDP experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory or program management experience.
  • Knowledge of Illinois CILA and DHS/DDD regulations.
  • Experience developing and implementing Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Valid Illinois driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Therap and QuickMAR.
  • Experience participating in state surveys and licensing reviews.
  • Experience supervising residential programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $59,160 annually ($28.44 per hour)
