The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Therapist Pay Range:
Continue to grow your career. We offer a career path with ongoing development opportunities. Therapist Levels I through IV positions are established based on your education and experience.
Salary: Therapist I annual salary is $60-$70K depending on experience. Therapist II-IV salaries are at higher pay grades, and are obtained with more than three years of experience. Additionally, 5% increase to wage calculation for Therapists who are licensed in the State of Oregon.

We're seeking a Child Outpatient Therapist who is passionate about supporting youth and empowering families through compassionate, high-quality mental health services.
What You'll Accomplish
In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents.
- Engage parents and caregivers as active partners in treatment.
- Help clients achieve measurable progress toward their mental health and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Eligibility to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in Oregon.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic skills.
- Ability to build trust with children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure in Oregon.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches.
