Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Child Mental Health Wraparound Supervisor to join our team. The Child Mental Health Wraparound Supervisor provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) program. This position oversees the delivery of intensive, family-driven, strengths-based behavioral health services for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbances, ensuring services are coordinated, individualized, and focused on maintaining youth safely within their homes and communities whenever possible. The supervisor provides leadership and oversight to Wraparound Facilitators and other assigned staff, promotes high-quality service delivery, and ensures compliance with Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) standards, Medicaid requirements, and applicable state and organizational policies. The Child Mental Health Wraparound Supervisor collaborates with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes and effective care coordination.

• Supervises Wraparound Facilitators, care coordinators, and support staff• Provides individual and group supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations• Reviews and approves assessments, individualized plans of care, crisis plans, and documentation• Ensures compliance with Indiana DMHA, Medicaid, and agency policies• Monitors caseloads, productivity, service quality, and program outcomes• Participates in hiring, onboarding, and staff training• Provides consultation during behavioral health crises and high-risk situations• Facilitates multidisciplinary Child and Family Team meetings when needed• Collaborates with schools, courts, child welfare, probation, healthcare providers, and community agencies• Ensures services reflect Wraparound principles, including family voice and choice, cultural responsiveness, and community-based care• Monitors documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and billing compliance• Prepares reports for agency leadership and funding sources• Supports quality improvement initiatives and corrective action planning• Monitors staffing patterns, caseload distribution, and resource utilization to support effective program operations• Develops and oversees staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage and continuity of services• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with referral sources, community partners, and funding agencies

 

What you need to be considered:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families in community mental health required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing staff required
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, systems of care, crisis intervention, and wraparound planning
  • Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements
  • Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)
  • Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment physical
  • Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening
