Job Details: Job Location: Plateau Mental Health Center - Cookeville, TN, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $40000.00 - $44000.00Salary/year, Call Center Triage Specialist - Full Time
Schedule: Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues - 12 P.M to 10 P.M
EXEMPLARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and respond promptly to 988 chat/text.
Provide 988 chat/text counseling and triage needs for callers with mental health emergency by following established VBHCS and Vibrant policy and procedure.
Knowledge of computer skills to be able to search and enter data in the Qualifacts systems and the Unified Platform.
Coordinate dispatch of clinicians for face-to-face coverage within standards.
Connect and refer 988 chat/text callers appropriately including but not limited to community resources, other crisis teams and law enforcement.
Complete required trainings.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work and one year’s experience.
