We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and mission-driven Child & Family Services Case Worker I to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a champion and advocate for children and families, helping them navigate challenges, access resources, and build pathways toward permanency and long-term success.

What You'll Do

As a Child & Family Services Case Worker I, you will provide clinical case management and direct support services to children and families in a diverse, multicultural environment. You will work closely with schools, therapists, DCF, legal teams, community partners, and families to ensure children receive the support they need to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outreach, case management, and advocacy services to children and families
  • Collaborating with schools, DCF workers, therapists, attorneys, court personnel, and community partners
  • Developing creative, individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Coordinating services and resources to support safety, stability, and permanency
  • Advocating for children's educational, emotional, behavioral, and social needs
  • Supporting children and families through challenging transitions and life circumstances
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and case records
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent organizational and case management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based practice
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred
