Case Manager- Supportive Housing
Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Responsibilities:
  • The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program.
  • Provide transportation for consumers as needed
  • Teach basic living skills
  • Assist consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed
  • Updating client records using an electronic clinical record system
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field
  • Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification
  • Previous case management experience is preferred but not required
