Case Manager (Part-Time)

Case Manager will be work in a flexible work environment with Child Placing Agency. Case Manger will work with foster children and families. Case Manager will work with professional team to coordinate services, develop and implement plan of services, assessments, and need based programs. Case Manager will maintain a monthly schedule of caseload, provide community resources, and collaborate with service providers.
Requirements:
Candidate must have attention to detail, deadlines, and a throughout understanding on the foster care system. This position requires the ability to serve in an on-call capacity and respond to emergencies after hours. An automobile for traveling is required.
**Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving history and background check.**
