How You Will Be Making a Difference

Provide clinical supervision for staff and oversee the clinical aspects of the program’s operations.

  • Manage incoming referrals for programs and coordinate families in receiving in home therapy services
  • Oversee the intake and discharge process for the entire Safe at Home programs
  • Assign cases to staff and monitor the caseload level
  • Maintain records of all contact with waitlist referrals and provide detailed logs and reports to MCEs on a monthly basis
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met with regard to triaging for medical necessity, referring families to appropriate levels of care within CBHI umbrella, monitor waitlist in alignment with CBHI standards and specifications
  • Participate in clinical conferences and administrative team meetings. Serve on agency committees as needed such as clinical forum group.
  • Participate in crisis prevention and intervention as needed
  • Provide program leadership in the absence of the program director
  • Provide rotating on call coverage
  • May be required to carry mobile device
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Masters degree in social work, mental health or related discipline plus independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) and 2+ years clinical leadership experience required
  • 5 years program specific clinical experience
  • Knowledge of children with complex psychiatric illnesses
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications
