Case Manager at Clubhouse - Full Time

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our Clubhouse Program in Provo, Utah! With a competitive wage of $21.36–$29.88/hour, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside adults living with mental illness as they build skills, confidence, independence, and stronger connections within their community. The Clubhouse is a supportive, collaborative environment where staff and members work side-by-side toward goals related to employment, education, housing, social involvement, and daily living skills. As a Case Manager, you'll also support the daily operation of the Clubhouse, including kitchen and meal services, while helping members develop practical skills and take an active role in the Clubhouse community.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (Monthly evening activities and occasional Saturdays, and one holiday per year; lunch is taken with clients)
Compensation: $21.36–$29.88 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Case Manager

• Build professional relationships with members through encouragement, appreciation, empathy, and a strengths-based approach.
• Work alongside members in the WAG (Wellness, Apparel, Grounds) Unit, including maintaining and operating the Clubhouse thrift store and completing unit work.
• Work alongside members in daily Clubhouse activities, unit work, and shared responsibilities while helping them build practical and social skills.
• Help members identify goals and develop individualized plans related to employment, education, housing, social involvement, and independence.
• Provide practical guidance and support while coordinating benefits, medical and psychiatric care, treatment team communication, and community resources.
• Support and manage Transitional Employment (TE) positions and help members develop employment skills.
• Participate in daily Clubhouse operations, including meal preparation, food service, kitchen safety, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Participate in social and recreational activities on select evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborate with staff and members to support Clubhouse programs, policies, and overall community while balancing multiple responsibilities and changing needs.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while bringing positive energy, flexibility, and a commitment to helping members recognize their strengths and potential.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet ONE of the following:

Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

• Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
  
• Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of Social Work principles
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
• Willingness to obtain food handlers permit
• Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
