Adult Mental Health Case Manager

Annual Salary: $50,604

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is hiring a full-time Adult Mental Health Case Manager to provide behavioral health case management, care coordination, advocacy, and supportive services to adults in the Hampton and Newport News communities.

If you are a Bachelor's-level human services professional with case management experience who is passionate about connecting people to resources, supporting treatment goals, and helping individuals achieve greater stability and independence, we want to hear from you.

As an Adult Mental Health Case Manager, you will work as part of a collaborative behavioral health team to assess client needs, coordinate services, develop and monitor treatment plans, connect individuals with community resources, provide supportive counseling and advocacy, and respond appropriately to urgent or crisis situations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling)
  • One (1) year of case management experience
