Diversity & Inclusion: The Foundation to Making Freedom Real Restore's mission is to make freedom real for survivors of tracking in the United States. To do that, we desire a sta team that is more representative of the survivors we serve — almost all of whom are Black, Latina, and/or immigrants. Applicants from these underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to apply. We especially welcome applicants who have lived experience of tracking or labor exploitation.

About the Position
The Intensive Case Manager reports to the Director of Client Services.

The Client Services team is the cornerstone of Restore's direct service eorts and includes program managers and other Intensive Case Managers. The team works primarily with adult clients of all genders who have experienced sex or labor tracking.

The Intensive Case Manager carries a caseload of approximately 23 survivors. Many clients are living with complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns while also facing housing instability, immigration proceedings, and financial hardship. The role requires frequent client contact, coordination across multiple
