About the Role

Major stressors in our lives many times coincide with significant milestones: having children, caring for an aging parent, beginning college, getting married, moving and more. Our Work-Life customers receive unlimited assistance with childcare, adoption, education, elder care, health care, pet care, and personal convenience needs.

 

The Family Resource Specialist is responsible for researching, compiling and delivering three to five pre-screened resources pertinent to the client's specific needs through telephonic and internet research within two business days. Resources will be provided in both English and Spanish. Requests range from childcare searches and elder care searches to personal convenience services and hardship/community service needs such as finding emergency shelter, food and utility assistance.

What You'll Do

  • Apply analytical thinking skills to perform online research to find a minimum of three referrals for each request
  • Format research into comprehensive referral packets utilizing ComPsych Work-Life branding and quality standards within two business days
  • Meet Work Life standard of completing three requests per day while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow-up with clients on each work life package within three business days
  • Obtain a client satisfaction rate of 100%
  • If satisfaction rate is not met, complete a new work-life package within one business day
  • Support the implementation and innovation of on-going process improvement objectives, new products and special projects as assigned
  • Use excellent interpersonal and phone skills in order to efficiently obtain resources and referrals that meet the client’s needs
  • Translation of HelpSheets and other documents are required into Spanish, when needed.
  • Work on a team to share research findings and referrals for work life packages
  • Document all work life packages into ComPsych databases
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

 

  • English/Spanish Bilingual Fluency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated internet research skills
  • Candidate must have a minumum of a Bachelor’s degree perfered Social Work or Psychology 
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required

Compensation and Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $16.82 - $18.27/hour. The pay range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
