AZ Center for Change (AZCFC) is one of Arizona's leading providers of specialized behavioral health services for justice-involved adolescents and adults. We are seeking a bilingual therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact while working alongside an experienced and highly respected clinical team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and clinical screenings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Utilize standardized clinical and risk assessment instruments to guide treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with probation officers, attorneys, case managers, referral sources, and family members.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and high-quality clinical documentation.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case staffing and treatment planning.
  • Caseload may include justice-involved clients, individuals convicted of sexual offenses, and general behavioral health clients.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
  • Current Arizona behavioral health license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Spanish-English bilingual.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.

Preferred

  • Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC with qualifying master's license).
  • Associate licensed clinicians with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience providing therapy to justice-involved populations.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy.
  • Knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), DBT, or other evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Experience working within criminal justice, probation, corrections, or forensic behavioral health settings.
