BI Coordinator

The Behavioral Interventionist (BI) Program provides intensive 1:1, trauma-informed support to help children and youth with behavioral and emotional challenges remain safely and successfully stable in their home.

Using neuro-stimulating techniques and relationship-based interventions, the program supports healing from trauma while building emotional regulation, behavioral management, and family stability.

The BI Coordinator provides guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to Behavioral Interventionists while helping ensure consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed services. This position partners with families, staff, and community professionals to support effective interventions, strengthen family relationships, and promote lasting stability for children and youth.

This isn't just a BI position—it's an opportunity to support the professionals who help children heal from trauma, strengthen families, and build brighter futures.
